Before you take a closer look

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Ask us something else ↗
Can I use ChairBeat in my salon today?

You can explore the fictional salon demo today. We’re inviting early-access enquiries while the live salon service is prepared. We’ll discuss your requirements and confirm availability before agreeing a pilot.

What can I try in the demo?

Move around the diary, open a client record, review a colour formula and book a returning visit. Try weekly, fortnightly or six-weekly appointments. Demo changes stay in your browser. Please use fictional details.

What about my existing client records?

Tell us which system you use and what you need to bring across. Data format, consent records, appointment history and colour notes need to be reviewed before a migration plan can be agreed.

How will clients connect to their salon?

The planned client journey starts with the salon’s own link or reception QR code. Clients will have a private place for upcoming appointments, messages and waiting-list requests. This portal is being prepared for the live service.

Are SMS and card payments included in the price?

The indicative monthly plans cover software. Prepaid SMS is priced separately by message segment. Card processing and additional services will have their own confirmed charges. See the pricing page for an example budget.

Will there be an Apple or Android app?

The first public experience is the website and browser demo. Native mobile apps are planned for a later stage. We’ll confirm supported devices and notification delivery before any salon pilot.
