The proposed plans cover the salon workspace, including the diary, client records and reception workflow. Reception-only seats are included. Payment and messaging services need separate setup.

Growing beyond one salon?

The proposed Group plan starts at £199 per month for two locations and up to 20 stylists. Shared group administration is planned for a later release. Larger groups can discuss an Enterprise quote and their setup needs.

Know what sits alongside software.

SMS credits

Indicative packs are £10 for 100 segments, £47.50 for 500, or £180 for 2,000. The campaign preview is designed to show segment usage before a send is confirmed. Credits are additional to the software fee.

Payments

Card processing fees, payment-provider eligibility and any terminal costs will be confirmed during setup. Deposits, vouchers and retail checkout require an activated payment connection.

Setup and migration

We’ll review your existing system, client records and training needs before agreeing a pilot. Any additional service costs will be discussed as part of that plan.
